On the last day of the term, the Supreme Court rules that a president has absolute immunity from criminal prosecution when exercising core powers of the presidency.

This painting is inspired by Francisco Goya's famous "Third of May, 1808" painting. SCOTUS really spills the beans and shows their true allegiance to a felonious and hovering wannabe dictator. In their dark, distressed, dysfunctional and dirty world, a seemingly compromised Chief Justice John Roberts leads the dismantling of the guardrails of the rule of law with shovels. Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch are eager to shovel, as well. Whereas, in defending Uncle Sam, the three dissenting justices exhibit a struggle for universal justice and fidelity to the Constitution in opposing this historically flawed "decision for the ages".
